Screwed by Apple

Life without apple may seem like a crime
I won’t say their customer service is slime
But my patience has run out of time
So listen to my story in this rhyme
When I got the iphone 4s, it was love at first sight
For three years we loved without a fight
Such was its strength and might
I thought even the updates won’t slow it slight
Alas, it wasn’t so and when the light in my soldier faded
I knew it was time that I upgraded
I couldn’t look further so I picked the iphone 5
But from then my problems broke like hives
First it was replaced coz of the screen
Then it was the touch id being mean
But apple had given me its guarantee
For 6 months we’ll replace it in warranty
Did that happen you ask?
I say, don’t fall for their mask
The first replacement they promised was new
But of this proof there were few
Coz when I gave it back
They said the ids don’t match our stack
They push the blame on me saying
You got it fixed from elsewhere by paying
I have insurance which covers a 100 percent
Why would I go elsewhere to save that cent
They said we’ll talk to our bosses
Even they said sorry, we don’t give a fuck about your losses
Nothing is done to solve
A loyal customer’s resolve

About the Grumpy Man

I wasn’t always a grumpy man
I was very happy for quite a span
But then ‘life happened’ as they say
All I had to do was just pay
In return for all that spent time and money
I was shunned with a “Sorry, honey”
This happens not once or twice
Till grumpy to me was white to rice
I was told, “Everyone gets treated unfairly
And that karma will work surely”
I sat back and let it happen again and again
Who knew that would just be a bane
I soon realized that if you are silent and shy
People will walk all over you without a cry
If I could I would break all their back
But the power is what I lack
There are too many people and too little time
Hence, I take to my rhyme
As a way to let my frustration out
If you share my pain give me a shout
